Human Resource Development Cell (HRDC)

Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) is a central department of PMEN that drives effective functioning. It encompasses a multifaceted range of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development, engagement, and retention. We believe in the capacity building of our staff and experiences to create long-lasting effects. For this we have experienced and dedicated resource persons, consultants and mentors who act as key behind all relevant executions. Internal/external events, staff retreats, and collaborations with different organisations, are executed via HRDC to attain the goals with organisational objectives for fostering a positive workplace culture, mediating conflicts, and implementing policies that promote fairness and compliance.

Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC)

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of PMEN was established with the aim to raise the standard of education. Committed to continual improvement, our QEC ensures the highest standards in academic programs and teaching methodologies. It serves as the driving force behind our commitment to innovation and progress, fostering a culture of excellence through classroom observations, rigorous evaluations, constructive feedback mechanisms and strategic planning. At PMS, the QEC is at the forefront of our efforts to provide a top-tier educational experience, reflecting our unwavering dedication to quality and growth.

Academic Council

PMEN’s Academic Council stands as the cornerstone of our commitment to educational excellence. Comprising seasoned educators, scholars, and experts in diverse fields, the council plays a pivotal role in shaping our academic policies, curriculum development, and maintaining rigorous standards of learning. With a wealth of experience and a shared dedication to fostering a dynamic and innovative learning environment, the Academic Council ensures that our institution remains at the forefront of educational advancement. Their collective expertise guides us in providing a well-rounded and enriching educational experience, preparing students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving world. Academic Council is responsible for the following;

Examination Cell

The Examination Cell centrally administers and monitors all major internal and external assessments across PMEN campuses. It ensures fairness, transparency, and smooth execution of exams by coordinating schedules, paper setting, and result compilation.

Information Technology (IT) Department

PMEN has a dedicated in-house IT Department that continuously works to integrate innovative technological solutions across all campuses. The department plays a key role in developing and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS), online portals, attendance systems, fee management modules, and academic reporting tools. It also ensures smooth digital communication between the network, parents, and students. The IT team is actively involved in improving user experience, automating internal operations, and supporting digital learning initiatives to make processes more efficient and transparent.

Learning & Development Department

This department focuses on the continuous professional growth of teaching staff across PMEN campuses. By regularly organizing training programs, workshops, and well-being sessions, it fosters a culture of lifelong learning and empowers educators with modern pedagogical tools.

Legal Affairs and Compliance Unit

At PMEN our Legal Department serves as the guardian of legality and fairness, ensuring a secure educational environment. We oversee compliance with educational laws, drafting policies that prioritize safety and equity. Our role extends to providing guidance and support for students and parents, ensuring their rights are protected, and fostering an atmosphere of trust and accountability within our school community.
